Who looks after your information

Nivaro is responsible for the personal information described here. Nivaro is being developed in India for service businesses around the world. For privacy questions or requests, email hi@usenivaro.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your business type, what would make Nivaro worth buying for you, the time you joined, your agreement to receive waitlist emails, and the version of this policy. We also keep a record that you signed up through our website and create a private code that lets your emails carry a working unsubscribe link. We do not ask for payment information.

To keep the waitlist free of spam and fake signups, we also process your IP address and technical details of your request, such as browser and device signals, and we check that your email domain can receive mail. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything else you choose to share. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request times, and error logs to deliver and protect the website.

Why we use it

We use your email to manage the waitlist, send you a confirmation, and contact you about early access and the Nivaro launch. Your business type and purchase preferences help us understand who needs Nivaro and decide which features to build. We use messages you send us to answer your questions. Technical information and the anti-spam checks help us keep the website available, stop fake or automated signups, and investigate problems.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on your consent for waitlist emails, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, keeping the waitlist genuine, and operating a secure website. We may also use information when necessary to meet a legal obligation.

Who helps us run the website

We use Vercel to host the website and process signup requests, and Notion to store and manage waitlist entries. We use Resend to send your confirmation email and to keep your address on our waitlist mailing list so we can email you about the launch. Every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link, and our emails do not track whether you open them.

To protect signups from spam and bots, we run automated checks. Where these are enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile receives your IP address to tell real people from bots, and an email verification service receives your email address to confirm it can receive mail. Access is limited to the people and providers who need the information for these purposes. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

These providers may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on applicable transfer safeguards offered through our providers’ data processing terms. You can contact us for more information about those arrangements.

Analytics and cookies

We plan to use PostHog or Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this website, including which pages they visit and whether they join the waitlist. Neither tool is enabled on this website yet.

When enabled, the selected provider may process page views, clicks, referral sources, browser and device details, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. We will use this information to improve the website. We will not send signup email addresses or form contents as analytics event data.

We will ask for consent before enabling analytics where required. You will be able to decline analytics or withdraw that consent without affecting your ability to use the website or join the waitlist. We will publish the selected provider and analytics retention period here before turning analytics on.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. The signup form does not store your email in browser storage, and fonts are served with the website. When bot protection is enabled, Cloudflare may set a cookie that is needed to run that security check. Our hosting provider may use other necessary measures to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while we are preparing and opening access to Nivaro. We review the list at least every 12 months and remove information we no longer need. If we stop developing Nivaro, we will delete the waitlist.

You can ask us to remove your entry at any time. We will stop waitlist emails, remove your address from our email provider’s list, and process your deletion request, subject to any information we must keep by law. Provider backups and security logs may remain for their normal retention periods.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw your consent, leave the waitlist, or ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hi@usenivaro.com. Every waitlist email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we also mark you as unsubscribed with our email provider so the emails stop. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of your information, or complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to confirm that a request came from you before sharing or changing personal information.

How we protect it

We keep service credentials on the server and use encrypted connections to send signup information to our providers. We limit the information we collect and access to it. No online service can promise complete security.

Children’s information

This website is intended for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect children’s information. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change materially affects how we use waitlist information, we will provide an appropriate notice and request new consent where required.
